While I am pleased that the sunshine is breaking through there,

and while a temporary lift on the weather regulations is okay,

I must point out that this is a CONDITIONAL change of policy,

and that, as such, I don't think lasting peace and harmony

can be expected. Next time your house is snowed in we will

be back to no weather reports !

However, I must say that for me even KNOWING there are people

who live in Hawaii is disruptive to my peace of mind. So,

I'm not sure if there is really a " good solution " to this.
