Guest guest
Hi all, I haven't posted in a long time, but have been reading posts regularly. My daughter will be 5 years old tomorrow, and has been GFCF since 3/01. We have been using Pep and ZP since last July and added No-Fenol last week. Tonight we were trying to decide what to have for Mother's Day dinner, and Bella's " pre-birthday " meal (with a single child, we make up excuses to party!) My DH mentioned that pizza sure sounded good. I thought for a moment and decided it was time to try it out, as we have also been doing chelation for 6 months. I gave my daughter 3 Peps, 2 ZPs and 1 NF 30 minutes prior to eating. She ate 2 huge slices of pizza and some eggplant parmesan. She ate and ate, commenting frequently on how delicious the crust was, etc. It's been almost 2 hours. NO REACTIONS!!! I know it's still early, but I feel very optimistic about this. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Devin!! Cally ps--Happy first birthday to this group, too!
