supplement antagonists...

Hi all,

I was just thinking this morning as Spencer threw up every bit of his SuperNu

Thera Tropical flavored multivitamin supplement (and everything else he had

consumed up to that point) that I need a synopsis of which supplements should

not be given within close proximity to one another and which ones are ok to

compound. I know that there is a question about probiotics and enzymes; so

the prudent move would be to space them apart. I also remember a thread about

zinc being an antagonist to every other supplement and I think I also

remember a thread about activated charcoal " drawing " some of the nutrients as

well as toxins out of the body. Can any of you extremely knowledgeable folks

out there shed any more light on this subject? I am constantly trying to

establish a supplement routine that never really seems to take hold...one

doesn't work, he won't take another, something else seems better. Even with

all of my efforts, Spencer seems to be thriving anyway! LOL
