One cup of coffee shouldn't be a big problem, unless it is a BIG cup of coffee!

I drink one small cup of coffee in the morning. Sometimes I will have some

tea in the afternoon--tea is good for you!

FYI--decaf still contains caffeine. Coffee that is 99% caffeine free, still has

1% caffeine. It takes 5 to 10 cups of regular coffee per day to become addicted

to it.
