Did your friend start either the enzyme or probiotic slowly? Do you

know if there is a yeast or bacteria problem? Both of these can

cause some initial die-off because they fight bad gut bugs. Also,

was she GFCF previously?

We used the Complete for a few days and didn't see THAT kind of

adverse reaction BUT we had already been using enzymes for months

before and so were quite adjusted to them. Same with ProBio Gold. No

particular problem but had already been on probiotics for at least a

month by that time.
