WACMA Get together during the ASAP Convention

Hi everyone,

I set up a sign up sheet for those people who are interested in a get together

during

the American Syringomyelia Association Project (ASAP) Convention. This form

should make it easier to figure out what time is the

best time for the majority of the Chiarians attending, so please sign up.

And by the way, I used a pre packaged format so it says guestbook...but it's not

really a guestbook...*laughing*.
