Guest guest
Minna, How wonderful your daughter is letting you into her imagination! How old is she? how long have you been on the enzymes? Is she also GFCF? Just curious. hi julie, she is going to be 9 on jan. 7th. she started enzymes three weeks ago yesterday. she is " trying to be " GFCF... we started around oct. with GFCF breakfasts... then mid nov. with several of the dinners... then most dinners, (about 3-6 a month arent GFCF), and then started with GFCF lunches 2/5 days... at christmas she had 2 days of total chaos in her diet but she is back home, and getting back to 'normal'... am planning to try to be GFCF by end of Jan. and do that for 3 months... with the enzymes for all of us by then.. and then will slowly permit back into our lives the " very favorite " foods which we are having such a hard time living without... like cheese!!!!!1 more cheese pleeseee!!!!! (can testify mineself to a large cheese addiction along with both kids.. ).. then hoping to have thoe foods occasionally, if tolerated with the enzymes, and then plan to live like that hopefully until next christmas season, and then will see if our guts have healed enough to try to let ourselves have some more variety of foods with enzymes.. and if all that is well, will then experiement with regular eating in a year from now... that is sort of a " loose outline " of the general plan.... to see if we will be able to eventuyally tolerate all foods... along the way, will also try to learn about phenols etc. if we have sensitivities... etc. and hopefully this food learning will give us some beter understanding by next year this time... thank you for asking.... minna
