Guest guest
I think the biggest reason for joint pain, is not getting the proper amount of sleep. Many with joint pain myself included is due to some kind of sleep disorder. Hugs Robin

Guest guest
Having both Chiari and Fibromyalgia ... I can tell you first hand that Fibromyalgia is NOT JOINT Pain, but pain and a deep seated ache (like a very bad case of the flu) in your MUSCLES. Nothing to do with joint pain. Remember how every muscle in your body ached like a tooth ache, the last time you had a bad case of flu -- now imagine functioning with this type of pain every day while also battling Chiari symptoms. Hope I've cleared up some false information.
Guest guest
Please note: I did not give out false information. I never said that having joint pain was related to Fms. What I did say is that joint pain can be caused by a Sleep disorder! Geezzz Hugs to all Robin

Guest guest
If I am not mistaken there have been Cases of Chiari that were misdiagnosed as Fibromyalgia at first. But that is not saying that everybody with Fibromyalgia is misdiagnosed, and should be diagnosed with Chiari instead. Hope that made sense. Take Care, Brande, RHIT mymocha@... Has anybody else read anything about a Chiari become linked to fibromyalgia? I have aches in my joints at times and was wondering if anybody else does too.
