What questions do I ask my Neurologist??

I am a new member and I PROMISE to post my story ASAP but I have my

FIRST appointment with a neurologist tomorrow and was HOPING/PRAYING

for suggestions on questions to ask the doctor?

My Chiari I is 12mm and found from an MRI (3 actually) from when I

was in a car accident in November 2001...I did not receive an MRI

until October 2002!!!! (my HMOs fault)...I was rear-ended at a stop

light...and since then I have been dizzy, frequent

headaches...horrible pain when I sneeze/cough...and extreme fatigue...

Before the accident I had NO PAIN AT ALL....

What questions should I ask my Neurologist? Is it common not to have

pain until your in an accident with chiari I malformation?
