I saw our Justen the first time since he left us today. He had a med appointment and is doing well. About half an hour after I got home he called, crying and saying that he misses us and wants to come home. His caseworker told us to expect this call soon and to be ready to say no, not yet. I think that was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. He was our first child and we love him but he can't come here until he is safe. Anyway, it's a start that at least he wants to come home so maybe he is bonded after all. I sure hope so. The strange thing is that after a month of him being gone, it's getting a little easier. We want to have therapy in place for all of the family before he comes home so that the other kids feel like they have some say in it. He called tonight while we were at bible school and told my mom that he doesn't just want to go to church with us Sunday, he wants to move back in. The casemanager is saying that if we did that it would be a big mistake because he hasn't been gone long and she knows that he has been getting in trouble there about chores so we don't want to send the message to him that if he gets mad here he can run away and spend a few fun weeks in the group home and then come home until the next time that he gets angry. I am having a hard time letting go of the nasty things that he said about us that he now admits were lies. Carla sue is not doing well at all. hasn't seen her in seven months. She took one hundred dollars that her room mate owed and when Rich asked for it she tol d him that Tim had missed a lot of days because he was sick and couldn't pay. Rich got suspicious and asked Tim about the money and he said he gave it to her a weeek ago. Then when Rich says um, no you didn't, she said she gave it to my dad to give to Tim. carried the phone over to my dad who then said no,,,, I never get in the middle of money deals, he did not take money for . So then she says in the background as she hears my dad tell Tim this, that I said she could spend it. I most certaionly did not. AnywayI felt bad about her birthday and worked so hard. Matt went to stay at a friends for the night and then a day later, she rips me off 100 bucks. Boy I feel so loved lol/ a C a, My heart is breaking for you! I'm glad you got to see Justen.
