A very nice surfacehippy named Steve helped me out this is one site http://www.wmt.com/physlocator/physloce.asp Here is another site hat has Dr. Amstutz from LA, CA. I read everything I can get my hands on and Dr. Amstutz would be the Dr. I would go for.
