Hello again,

My apologies. In response to my change of contact information, I was bombarded

with dozens of emails asking what I was up to now that I am no longer working

with Fitch and Associates. As many of you know, I stepped down from full-time

more than a year ago after six great years with the Fitch team working on EMS

systems consulting, leadership development, the JEMS surveys, and the Pinnacle

conference. This transition was largely due to an invitation by The Institute

for Healthcare Improvement (www.ihi.org) to help them develop a course for the

IHI Open School and to act as an improvement advisor working with content expert

teams engaged in large-scale patient safety and improvement collaboratives here

in the States, the U.K., and Europe as well as other interesting consulting

opportunities outside of health care. As I officially concluded my work with the

firm last week, I wanted to make sure you had my new contact information so you

knew how to stay in touch. My old Fitch email does not reach me directly anymore

but is forwarding to Jay to seamlessly ensure no Fitch project and client

related communication interruptions. If you have any questions, please feel free

to contact me or reach out to Jay.
