I'll try to remember to ask my asthma doctor when I see him in a few weeks, to see what he thinks. I'm glad to know someone else can do it. Guest guest
I have a suggestion for sore teeth. I know this one personally. I have had phantom tootaches for 20 years. Guess what? This is FMS!!! I found that the masseter trigger points I have cause this toothache, vision problems, sinus congestion, cluster headaches, eyeball pain, my near sightedness, jaw spasms, TMJ pain and bruxism. Cure? Massaging these trigger points by putting my thumb in my mouth and rubbing against my fingers on the outside, well back in my mouth from the my lower jaw as high as I can reach. I have had this for so long that these TrPs are going to take a LONG time to correct, but I did have some immediate relief and I expect more relief in the future. Every treatment brings something. My sinuses are draining like crazy and my nose has stopped aching from being so dry and stuffed up. My eye sight, which had gotten so bad, feels like it is clearing up. My headache is gone too. I think it may take months till I am not exquisitely tender and these points loosen up well. Try it! I got dry sockets and they were very painful. I had to go to the dentist every day even on Saturday and Sunday for him to do something that was supposed to help and finally must have but I wouldn't want anything like that again. Guest guest
I haven't had my wisdom teeth out yet either, I'm also 22. The 2 on the bottom are coming in and their sideways because i can feel the side of the tooth poking out. They don't bother me yet and I'm waiting until i get the 2 on the top in. I'd rather have them all taken out at once since i know they will have to be cut out. No reason to have to do it twice. Wisdom Teeth Hi all, I think I am getting my wisdom teeth (at 22 ). Well I know I am getting my wisdom teeth as the upper right has a tooth poking out the side of my guns and the bottom right feels bumpy like there is something ready to come through. I know I am going to have to make an appointment with a dentist but is there any specific information I need for him? Do you get wisdom teeth removed under full anesthetic? If there is any other work to be done, can it be done at the same time? And how will it work for pain killers after. Anyone I know has gotten T2's or T3's max. Those won't do anything for me I am sure. Grr this sucks! They are starting to hurt too. I cant open my mouth wide for some reason without them aching What next Stacey BTW my party was nice. Really small and quite. Only four people. Just really laid back and comfy just sitting around the fire talking for hours. I had a few drinks, about 2 I think (that sounds bad but its not how it sounds lol, one of my drinks ended up getting spilled so I think in total I had to vodka coolers). Guest guest
I had shockingly impacted wisdom teeth that required too much to get them out. I had general anaesthesia. Sadly though, what I expected from the procedure, I didn't get. I expected great pain and swelling and to lose time from school. It didn't happen. I was at school the next day, feeling fine - and I had to sit all of the final exams I was hoping to avoid!!! In terms of your questions, if you see a specialist for the extractions, he likely will do this under general or twilight sedation, and no, he won't likely to any other work, he's there to operate and then that's it, fillings, etc. fall back to the hands of the regular dentist.
