" Spenard is a rather seedy area of Anchorage, populated mostly by drug addicts, drug pushers, prostitutes and the local chapter of the Hells Angels. At any rate, a " Spenard Divorce " is one where the marriage is dissolved by a bullet instead of a court decree.
