:

I'm scheduled for my 2-year followup in October with Dr. s. I have no

plans not to keep my appointment. It has been an amazing experience and am proud

to be part of this trial, and I continue to encourage and inspire others to

take this course of action.

Maureen:

Thanks for your willingness to return for your follow-up! I hope

all the patients are as willing as you!

Also, I know I have not responded to you yet from your email some

time ago. I think you had asked about the status of the trial - we

are really on the downside of the study with the emphasis being on

getting the 2 year endpoint patients back in order to give the most

thorough dataset to FDA.

That being said, we are still on target to apply for approval in

2006.

Thanks!

Good to hear from you, : If there's anything at all I can do to help you

with getting others to comply, please let me know. Not sure what that could

consist of, but would be happy to brainstorm sometime! I really want to see

this be a successful trial. By the way, I hear gossip that Dr. s is

working on device development, am assuming with Corin. What, if anything, do

you

know about this?

Maureen

by the way, I find your new email address quite strange! not sure the word

dilemma is a positive one for you to have in it! (smile)
