Saeed, et al...

I was reluctant to mention the Gatorade, as I talked in earlier posts

about hydration. (didn't want to get too commercial). But when I was

playing heavy handball, I found it worked better for me than water.

After I started with it... even playing in 80 degree+ weather, I

never cramped again.
