Guest guest
Hi grace, It's not an embarassing question to ask, it's what i think of as the ick factor. All of have to deal with icky things and if we don't ask it can be hard to get answers. I've struggled with it a lot with my pain meds, i now take an over the counter generic stool softener 3 times a day with my narcotics and things are much easier. I think the hardest times for me have been right after my surgeries to the neck and head becuase they cut through all those muscles it hurts to do any pushing, plus with me pushing causes headaches. Pushing is known as a valsalva maneuver and in my case anything like that causes awful headaches so it was very difficult to go and i would get very backed up so to speak. I wish you the best of luck, Embarrasing Question > > I know most, if not ALL of us in on some kind of pain medication. I've noticed that many of these meds cause, constipation.
