Guest guest
Hi Joyce, At almost 12 weeks I have no siezing of muscles. In fact, I'm starting to forget about my hip as being a problem. Just some minor flexibility issues which are slowly going away. But I do have more lower back pain than pre-op. I think it's cuz I can't stretch as well as before. (hamstrings and glutes). Hopefully I can work it out. Thanks for the tip on Avosoy. C+ 4-15-04 > Dear folks. I just wanted to tell you about my experience with the > supplement Avosoy. Guest guest
Joyce, (Since you ordered, you know...Avasoy is a compound based on French research. For others who may not, it's based on compounds from soy and avocado. The guy who sells Avasoy is " Dr. Theo " ....he of " The Arthritis Cure " book; in the updated version of the book he writes about " A-S-U " , avocado-soy unsaponifiable -- which he explains. They are primary ingredients in Avasoy. Dr. Theo was an early proponent of glucosamine and chondroitin. Now on to the good stuff) As you know the literature they send with Avasoy says it could take four weeks of supplementation before you notice the benefit. If you took only a 30 day supply, you may just have gotten to the point of maximum benefit when you ran out. I'm about half way through my second month, and with the exception of the left hip, which won't get any better without surgery, the rest of my body feels like I'm about 17. Could be lucky; could be Avasoy. (THIS IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT. IT'S ONLY A REPORT. AND, AS I'VE MENTIONED AT OTHER TIMES, NONE OF IT IS WHAT I KNOW; IT'S WHAT I THINK I'VE LEARNED FROM READING THE WORK OF PEOPLE WHO SEEM TO KNOW SOMETHING.) Hobble on, Hippies... Alan > Dear folks. Guest guest
Actually, I believe that may the only way. I've asked out of curiosity at a few health supplement stores and pharmacies. Nobody's ever heard of the stuff. On-line is how I ordered mine. They should be up to speed now. When I ordered, they had just announced availability... but... there was a delay of about three weeks...because they had some labeling issues. Those are resolved. I repeat from earlier post...the label says you're likely to notice maximum benefit after about 30 days. So order enough to give you a real idea of whether it works. Alan > Dear folks.
