About supplements: There are many that do have apparent value. Most

of what I read suggests that, if you're taking glucosamine, you would

want to take it in conjunction with chondroitin... they have

different and complementary functions in joint protection. There are

some who would tell you that the better form of sulfur to use is

DMSO. But it stinks to high heaven, and MSM seems to a reasonable

and more socially gracious treatment.

Don't forget the Calcium +D.
