Guest guest
I am in need of a hip resurfacing due to long ago damage to my hip caused by excessive gravity, (20 feet of flight traing, no proper landing instructions). My doctor has not yet formally contacted Worker's Comp because they have indicated that they believe it is still an experimental procedure. Opinions needed. If and when we have to appeal WC's decision do we stand a better chance of being successful with WC than with regular health coverage, (State of Minnesota)? Any known lawyers in Minnesota that have been successful in changing WC decisions concerning hip resurfacing? Thank you.
