I am in need of a hip resurfacing due to long ago damage to my hip

caused by excessive gravity, (20 feet of flight traing, no proper

landing instructions). My doctor has not yet formally contacted

Worker's Comp because they have indicated that they believe it is

still an experimental procedure. Opinions needed. If and when we have

to appeal WC's decision do we stand a better chance of being

successful with WC than with regular health coverage, (State of

Minnesota)? Any known lawyers in Minnesota that have been successful

in changing WC decisions concerning hip resurfacing?

Thank you.

hey der,

i'm originally from minnesota too, don't cha know.

i believe there is a resurfacing doctor in illinois

named " dr. stachniw " , i hope i didn't obliterate

the spelling on that. anyway, i recall a woman

from minnesota went to him. i think her name

is ruth.....you can search for her posts in the

archived messages.

here is a small world story, my neighbor's sister

has had 2 resurfacings, both from this guy

in illinois. she spoke highly of him.

Minnesota hipster,

The California hipster is a firefighter who received her information

from another firefighter who was also resurfaced at JRI. When I get

in touch with her I find out the details and post.
