The Conserve Plus application has been filed and Medical has

made public statements that it hopes to begin marketing the product

by the end of the year. They have also indicated the application

will be reviewed by an FDA panel. The device is not on the agenda

for the June panel meeting. The next panel meeting is in early

August, and by early July we will know if it is to be reviewed then.

From what I have seen the actual approval follows a couple months

after the panel opinion (if its favorable, of course).

The Corin Cormet is still in their clinic trial period.

and Nephew bought the maker of the BHR and has expressed an

interest in marketing it in the US.
