Guest guest
Hi Steve Yes I had some groin pain in the early months. This was often the day after an energetic session on the excercise bike. It was enough to get me worried but nothing comparable to pre-op pain. Now I can pedal as hard as I like with no problems in my hip. So yes it was temporary. If your surgeon isn't worried I guess you shouldn't be. Best of luck Kathy LBHR dysplasia bone grafts - Mr Treacy June 2002 > Hi i am 10 day post op male > who had a resurf with dr. Guest guest
: Yes. I had groin pain on and off after my surgery. Truthfully, it was the only thing that 'dogged' me and I worried about it. I too posted here and so many people told me it was the single most common complaint. It stuck around on and off, but by time I was off crutches it was gone for good. Don't worry (unless it gets consistently worse...doubtful), this too shall pass. Lois C+ 3/27/03 Dr. Mont groin pain Hi i am 10 day post op male who had a resurf with dr. Mont in Balt. Guest guest
Hope this isn't too personal...but, can I ask what the cost of the procedure was for Mont. I'm also considering him.
