Question for Devin or anyone re. enzymes & temperament issues

I posted last night about my 3.5 yr old & his temperament issues & wondering

if enzymes were appropriate for this sort of thing. If so I wanted to get him

going quickly but am wondering how to start or if it's the same for him as

for his 7yr old asd brother? Is there a limit to how much he should work up

to at his age? Is it something his body would come to rely on or could it

help somehow with these issues for a while in case there is something

metabolic going on? I'm not sure being he has different issues from his

brother.

A little run down on him is he's very bright & sweet, but then he often has a

bad temper & gets very cranky & obstinate. He also doesn't listen well, has

little regard for authority much of the time & is impulsive. He's having

trouble with potty training right now as well; could be developmental but I'm

not sure. When he's doing well he's a joy to be around, but much of the time

he's draining because of his cranky, obstinate behavior. Discipline doesn't

mean a whole lot to him either, but sometimes it seems like he can't help

himself.

I was worried too because I took a lot of blue-green algae stuff while

pregnant with him. He had a difficult birth & a quiver lip for months that

still happens only if he's extremely upset. The ped said it's normal but

something to do with the nervous system. I'm wondering if I was detoxing & he

suffered some consequences.

Anyone can e-mail me privately about this if you'd like.

Thanks in advance,

Michele
