Guest guest
Hi in PA, You can get Omega 3 in: Flaxseed oil (oil or capsules - must be fresh) Ground flaxseeds (must be fresh - you could mix with oatmeal for example) Fish oil (try to find the kind with mercury removed) Omega 3 eggs (chickens fed flaxseeds) Walnuts I like to make fruit and yogurt smoothies every morning and put my fresh flaxseed oil in them - it hides it. You can also make salad dressing with the oil if you like. Pam B. Diagnosed 12/01 (hyper with both graves and hashimotos ABs) Mostly Alt Med - doing MUCH better. Numbers normal and ABs going away. My story: http://www.webmosaics.com/thyroid/ -- Re: Seeing eye surgeon Thursday What foods have the flaxseed ol in them or is this a supplement? I would like to give this a try. I just started a calcium supplement of chewables 2 times a day and feel great for the first time in months. I hate to say that, cause I whammy myself when i say I am feeling great.
