Guest guest
hi, wow, what a find! this listserv has so much info, i am overwhemlmed! i have a 3yr old girl, high functioning autism & severe apraxia of speech. thru testing we have found she is allergic to gluten, casein, eggs & more, just starting to go cf & cut down on gluten. kirkman has reccomended to use enzymes with the gfcf diet, does anyone have experience with not strictly enforcing the diet, but using enzymes instead? so far cutting down on gluten has been pretty unsuccesfull, since she has not liked any subsitute foods,(like crackers, corn cereals etc.) are the enzymes in kirkman's complete with dpp IV without using the diet strictly? thanks for any info, please no flames, i truly would appreciate help in deciding what is the best to try to help my little girl. we are supplementing with supernuthera & have been doing aba with great results so far. thanks! annie's mom
