Lynne,

If you are not sure whether the candy and chips are gluten-free,

casein-free, I would give the Peptizyde. I would also probably give

the Zyme-Prime to possibly help with other ingredients

(starches/colorings/fats). For the ice cream, I would ALWAYS give

the Peptizyde to break down the casein, and actually both enzymes to

cover all the bases in general digestion. I usually give both

enzymes with all meals and snacks just to be safe, but with some

chips, just the ZP would be fine (with some chips, you could skip

giving anything, but I always do give enzymes).

Let us know how your son does. You are wise to go slowly with the

dosing!
