First week update and question about freezing

We've been on the enzymes for a week now. Luke (3) does not seem to

have any bad reactions so far except that he is more insistent and

weepy, basically having emotional breakdowns at the drop of a hat.

But they are not all day - just more frequent than before. We were

CF before but not GF so I understand some regression is normal. Here

is my question, though - I was looking for a way to NOT have to pop

capsules open every time he eats, get them in liquid, and have him

drink that down before eating anything. So then I started opening

the capsules and pouring it into a little pudding, which he was

willing to try but it didn't mix well and once he got the texture of

the enzymes he spit it all out, lost most of it. I read a message in

the archives where someone mixes the enzymes with melted chocolate in

an ice tray, freezes them, and has her son eat one before each meal.

Apparently she also but fish oil right in there, too, which we are

also using with Luke and would be very convenient. So I made a

couple of trays tonight and have them in the freezer. Here's the

deal though - do they sell this stuff NOT in capsule form? Where you

can just scoop it out in measured doses? Geez, it took forever to

stand there and empty all those capsules. I'm hoping this method

works, we'll try it tomorrow. Thanks for any input on any of this!
