Guest guest
Deb, I'll tell Frona. Where are you staying. Someone recommended Duke Towers. I haven't looked into it too much yet. I guess I better get started and get some reservations. Maybe we can all have dinner the night before the big day, or something. Guest guest
Deb, $39 a night sounds great. I'll make reservations for Frona and myself and my hubby. We'll see you there. Guest guest
Another Texan...UNBELIEVABLE! LOL You are in the right place! stick around...read some posts, and join in whenever you want. Your symptoms are normal with fibro. If you keep on top of your doctor hopefully she will give you something useful. I know alot on this board are from TX, so maybe you could find a doc that is more caring of your condition. Missy > I hope ya'll can help me.. Guest guest
Hi, I think that's an FT4 that you had and the usual reference range is 0.8-1.8 although this varies with labs. And TSH can take a long time to come down. Some hypo symptoms like, insomnia and palpitations, occur in both hypothryoidism and hyperthyroidism. With your FT4 that low, you could easily be having hypo sympotms. The range for total T4 is 4.0-12.5 so if that really is a T4 that you had you'd even be more hypothryoid. Your ATD is always best taken in divided doses, and someone else will help you with that Take care, Elaine
Guest guest
Ambar352, You wrote that you are concerned about losing the crumbs when you split your 10mg tablet in half. I take 5mg of Tapazole a day and split it in half for a total of 2 doses daily. What I do in order to make sure I am getting every bit is break it in two with my fingers over a small plate and take the first half in morning. I keep the plate with the other half, crumbs and all, out all day and 12 hours later take the second half along with all the crumbs which I have picked up with a moistened finger and placed on my tongue. This way I am getting all 5mg in by the end of the day. Good luck, (M)
