Lonnie,

If her eyes have not cleared up much by tomorrow how about going to the chemist

and seeing if there is an ointment rather than drops - on the principle that

when she rubs her eyes she will be rubbing the ointment in. It works with my

two.

Her eyes are nearly clear I must admit that we caved today (last day) and she

only had drops twice but whilst I am not normally one to back down once things

are clearing (with meds I mean) this time it felt like it was not worth the

fight. If she still has sticky eyes tomorrow then I will give her drops but I

have a feeling she will be clear tomorrow. In fact her eyes are far better than

mine are. Having said that I definitely got the worst bout of it (and am now

sitting here with a sore throat lol sickness trimester for me always the second

one...)

Lonnie Phoebe & Eloisa's mama

& expecting a Christmas delivery...

My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you

start.

So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake.

I feel better already.

Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. Reminds me of when I was

about 12 or so, (100 yrs ago) and we had a budgie with a cancerous

tumour which was removed, but we had to paint the raw wound with

iodine daily..not appreciated by said budgie! Mum held him firmly in

several pairs of leather gloves to stop him pecking her hand off,

while I did the business with paintbrush and iodine.

I think if I did have a child who needed this treatment I would also

go for the rough stuff :)
