Guest guest
Kelli, You use to be able to buy CCK without a prescription, but I haven't seen it for sale for some time now. I would caution you about using that supplement, at least using it without the use of plenty of bicarbonates, or using it when or if you child is dehydrated. 'Cholecystokinin (CCK) is released from intestinal epithelium in response to fats, and causes the release of bile from the gall bladder and lipase (a fat digesting enzyme) from the pancreas.' http://gened.emc.maricopa.edu/bio/bio181/BIOBK/BioBookDIGEST.html Best, Carlton kellilynnette wrote: > > >>>CCK (cholecystokinin) is the hormone responsible for gall bladder > contraction.
