rocker bottom foot deformity

Hi there,

Weston had his last cast removed on Thursday. The doctor said on

previous appointments that he would not need the tenotemy surgery.

However, at this last appointment he said that he would probably

need the surgery afterall due to a " rocker bottom " foot deformity.

Does anyone know what this is and how children acquire it?
