location question and vitamin question

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and only saw my dr once and I'm not very fond

of him (I saw the female in his office and she isn't an OB-I didn't

know that). Is there anyone from the South Jersey area here that

can suggest a dr with post-op experience?

Are we all automatically high-risk?

One last one: why 2 prenatal vitamins? Aren't there things that

can be bad if you take too much? I'm not sure if the theory, " If

one is good two must be great " would apply here. Do your doctors

say to take two?
