I'm 20 weeks....I'm having stabbing sensations in my cervix....is

this normal??? Feels like someone is stabbing me with pins and

needles over and over. The pain isn't constant...but I do feel

achey in my lower abdoman...almost like I have to urinate but can't.

Anyone have any ideas???
