Got our appeal hearing date

I got a phone call today and we set up our hearing date. It's December 2nd.

This is a different woman than the one who handled the initial appeal for

us. I asked her point blank if this place was wheelchair accessible and

when she said yes I told her " good " . She said I assume by that statement

you're bring Branden with you. I told her yes and she said good and the

wheelchair that doesn't work too right??? When I told her yes she said good

because she had reviewed all our records herself and wished that she could

just OK the chair for him herself and couldn't believe it had been denied

the first time much less in the appeal. She said she had passed his

pictures around the office and everyone in there really felt for us and our

situation and especially for Branden. She said she hoped she could meet him

when we come.

I just wish they could all be like that. So, send us all your good vibes

for December 2nd. We sure need them.
