Pat,

http://www.endocrineweb.com/Welcome.html This site has all sorts of

info. on it re adrenals etc.

Hope it helps..suggest you make a little list of signs/symptoms for

your Doc. I always forget the most important things otherwise

http://www.emedicine.com/MED/topic3224.htm thyroid nodules

http://www.emedicine.com/neuro/topic125.htm endocrine/neuro

http://www.endocrineweb.com/nodule.html more thyroid nodule stuff

All searching is definitly 'throwing up' adrenal problems of various

types in Mito...pheo's, adenoma's ,insufficiency of steroid

biosynthesis (mtDNA),autoimmune, plus CAH (various enzymatic defects)

That is without taking into account the hypothalmic/pituatory(sp)

adrenal axis(HPA)which I assume will also suffer an energy lack due

purely to the mito being every cell of our bodies ..as the

hypothalmus and pituatory are in our brains...affected in mito as

being high energy organ assume they are also affected.

Good for you Pat making that appointment every little that will

help your body is fantastic.
