Sleep study tomorrow night

Hey everyone,

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Christmas was very busy and not to mention

that I was busy trying to dig my van out of the snow last week. We got anywhere

from 16 to 20 inches of snow.

I am going for a sleep study tomorrow night. I was scheduled for January 12th,

but I got in sooner because of a cancellation. The sleep doctor down here in

Dayton is from Michigan and ironically knows Dr. Simpson in Michigan. He did is

internship with him and is also friends with Dr. Simpson and his wife. That

allowed the strings to be pulled so I could get in sooner.

I finally got on my q-gel. I wish someone could have warned me how big the

pills were going to be. LOL. I have to drink about 3 16 oz glasses of water to

get them down. I take 3 pills 3 times a day. I have been on them a week and I

can feel a little bit of difference.

Anyway, I am on a good variety of meds now, quinine, zanaflex, paxil, nexium,

loratadine (allergies), and of course q-gel.

I also want to share my neck pain experience. I read the post yesterday and I

will say that my neck and back muscles are the ones that give me the most grief

when I am standing too long.

I was in the ER two weeks ago because I am getting a stabbing pain in the back

of my head and it was causing some vision problems and such. Turns out I have a

strained trap.. muscle in my neck, but I have no idea how it happened.

Well I will get off of here. I will let you know what the sleep study reveals.
