Guest guest
Hello, I want to thank everyone who has responded to my recent questions on all kinds of things ) You are a very special group! I had an OB appt. yesterday and didn't get the ultrasound because, as luck would have it, the technician was out with the flu! Bummer... Anyway... I lost another 3 lbs. I am really trying to gain and I don't really think it's an issue as of yet (I'm only 19 weeks) but that leads me to my next question.. Has anyone else here had the bilio-pancreatic diversion with a duodenal switch (BPD/DS) as their weight loss surgery? I think I may be the only one... and I would LOVE to know that I'm not, and that others have gone before me and can hold my hand ) I'm having major problems with anemia. That is due to my already reduced absorption rate as well as the baby taking every single bit that he/she can get. I'm so fatigued. That is natural, and it will all be worth it in the end, but for now it's just a bit of a pain. Heard the very strong heartbeat again, which makes me feel good since I have not yet felt movement from the baby. Doctor says that is perfectly normal, but I still feel like a freak. From reading this list, I know that it's different for everyone. Thanks so much, again... and I hope everyone is staying warm and having a good evening! Dee (in freezing cold Ohio!)
