Do you have to be pregnant to get an answer?

I have asked several questions on this site and cant get anyone to

answer me. I am new to this site, and really think I will need your

support and help when I finally do get pregnant, but for now, I cant

get anyone to answer my questions. Even a " hey angela, I dont know "

would be better than being ignored.

My questions were, how much folic acid are we suppossed to be taking

a day and has anyone ever heard of the herbs to help you start

mestruating again after depo?
