Hi. My name is and I am (obviously) new here. I am 18/19

weeks along. I had lap RNY on February 6, was about 6 months post op

when I got pregnant. This will be my third baby, I have a 5yr old

and 2 yr old. I had a rough first few months post op, lost 80 lbs in

two months because I could not keep anything down, had to make about

5 ER trips for dehydration and malnutrition. Finally started feeling

good and got pregnant! LOL Spent the first two months on a picc line

line at home because I couldn't keep anything down!! Geesh!! I am

finally feeling really good and now I am afraid I am stretching my

pouch. I eat sooooo much and sooooo often!! I am always hungry.

The good thing, I guess it's good, is that I still get sick if I eat

too much or too fast (which I tend to do if I go too long between

eating because I get sooooooo hugry!!) So how do I know if I am

stretching my pouch?? Is there anyone here who had a baby already

and can you tell me about your weight loss after the baby? I am

really concerned about not losing after the baby. I had lost 120-125

and was about 20lbs from my goal weight! UGH! Oh, and I did read

the post about craving bread ~ I totally crave bread! I have been

unable to eat bread since surgery, but I WANT it sooo bad now I

always try, and I eat pizza like mad now! And I also have been

craving sweets really badly, I was trying so hard to avoid sugar (it

doesn't make me dump if I eat it in moderation) but I want brownies

and cake soooo bad sometimes! LOL Anyone else?? Suggestions?? LOL

Thanks for listening, sorry for going on so long, I am just really

excited to have found a group of women in a similar situation!!
