Pregnancy Confirmed - 5 weeks along

I found out today that I am 5 weeks pregnant and due August 18,

2004. We have a 8 1/2 old son who is such a joy to both of us so if

all goes well, our children will be 17 months apart. Does anyone have

children this close together (even closer) and if so, how did you get

through the first 6 weeks with a newborn and a toddler. Need some

reassurance that all will be ok. =)

I also found out that my hcg level is 189 -- is that a good level or

something to be concerned about?
