Hey ladies,

I just wanted to let you all know that I survived the test! It was

a nasty experience, but I survived. By the 2nd sip my mouth was

watering and I had turned white and was sweating. I had told the

lab tech's that I'd most likely get violently ill after drinking the

glucola. They were watching me and saw that I wasn't doing great,

they took me in the back room and put me in a recliner with a

blanket over me and dimmed the lights. They told me how important

the test was, but if I had to throw up I could. I just kept

swallowing and using mind over matter. I know that I had been

sitting up it would have thrown up. I just tried to stay quiet and

concentrate on keeping it in. I felt horrible the whole time but I

did it. I made it through the blood test, then ran home and had

horrible diarrhea and felt badly for a few hours after.

In other news...I have no idea how far along I really am. As some

of you know, my pregnancy was completely unplanned and happened 3

months after surgery. I could be as little as 31 weeks or as much

as 34 weeks right now. I have been measuring big for the past 3

months. Right now I measure at 36 weeks. My last ultrasound was

done by an fantastic ultrasound tech who told my husband and I

everything. It was done Feb. 23rd. The baby measured big, she

asked if there was anyway my dates could be wrong, I told her it was

possible because we had no idea when I conceived. The baby measured

at 3lbs 9oz. at the time of the ultrasound. She said that if the

baby went to term according to the May 14th due date, she would be

over 10lbs. My two other girls were 8lbs each. Something just

doesn't add up. My midwife said she isn't going to change the due

date but she won't let me go past the 14th of may. She tends to

think I'll have the baby at the end of April. The other concern is

how much time this baby has spent in the frank breech position. If

she remains breech, I will have to have a c-section. They probably

won't consider trying an external version because of my two

hernias. So if anyone has had any luck turning a breech baby with

any methods, let me know. Sorry this is so long.

Jenn, mom of 7 1/2, Caroline 4 and Baby Girl due sometime at

the end of April or the beginning of May or whenever she feels like

it!
