Guest guest Posted December 6, 2004 Report Share Posted December 6, 2004 Hi IDEA is due to be re-authorized. It only needs the president's signature. It has been watered down again. I am only familiar with some of the rules relating to children and the schools. Each state can require more or go with the state law.
