Guest guest
I think you are doing well vitamin wise, thats almost exactly what i am on. You may probably still be queasy for a couple more weeks until you get out of the first trimester, then things should settle down a bit. try to eat dry foods to ease your stomach, like dry cheerios, toast with a little jelly not butter or very little butter, rice but small amounts, this kinds expands and hurts if you eat too much. english muffins with a little peanut butter. just an idea. Oh yeah, how are apples and bananas for you. I ate alot of those in the first trimester. good Luck God Bless, Robin, NorthEastern, NY EDD- July 27th, 2004 Mommy to: & (twin boys 7 1/2), Madison, daughter, 5 years and Wife to Pup 15 years (October 31, 1988) Gastric Bypass Surgery- October 18th 2002 Start-378, current- 246(pregnant) goal 170 after baby
Guest guest
Kathy, I had morning sickness for the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy. I did the best I could do during that time. I lived on tea and toast. I would guess that the queasiness you are having is the morning sickness. Maybe make your protein drinks with milk or try sugar free carnation instant breakfast. If you are still unsure, call your OB and ask for suggestions on how to help you eat better. Hope this helps!
