I figured that since the Carb Down milk works for me that the low carb ice creams wouldn't make me sick, that is EXACTLY why I didn't get them, LOL!!! But DANG, double strawberry sounds sooooooooo yummy! I'm thinkin' that my hubby may have a trip to the grocery store in his very near future. (evil grin) LOL!!!! Axelrod Re:ice cream cravings I am almost 5 years post op and milk and ice cream makes me sick as a dog! I tried the new Carb countdown milk (skim) and I don't get sick. It is all the sugar in the milk that makes me dump not the milk itself. I also found an ice cream by blue bunny called carb freedom that has less sugars in it than the no sugar added ice creams, and again it doesn't make me dump. It does have like 6 sugar alcohols in it and I know some people can't handle those either. The ice cream I got was double strawberry and it is very yummy!!!
