heels down

So now that I have a whole bunch of new things to worry about, I

have new questions too. We have the straight last shoes in the

smallest size. They really are cute shoes, but the great thing about

them is the strap that's pure function is to keep the heel down. We

have that cinched down pretty well and the heel seems to be staying

in well, but do we really need to cinch the laces really tight too?

It seems to be a little much on his tiny feet. Do I need to toughen

up or does it sound like I've got it covered?
