Guest guest Posted November 4, 2004 Report Share Posted November 4, 2004 Just another question, with my first child Jordan we did not have an AFP test during the pregnancy. We had two ultrasounds and both were normal. We found out when she was born that she had bi-lateral clubfeet. Now, with our second child we had an AFP test and it came back abnormal. During the ultrasound I specifically asked the ultrasound tech to check the baby's feet. She said that his feet looked normal. Now, my question is...is clubfoot an idicator to make the AFP test abnormal? And in each of your experiences did you have abnormal AFP tests and end up with a child with clubfoot?
