I never had problems getting pregnant with my six children before but now I'm 44, post WLS and post tummy tuck. We've been trying for 5 months but no luck. I'd really like to experience a pregnancy at 100 lbs. less and I'm getting impatient (not to mention older as we speak!). By the way, my youngest is 3 1/2 so it hasn't been that long since I was pregnant. All of you out there with midwives, ask them if there's anything I can do to increase my chances.
