I would imagine that femoral anteversion is just the opposite- the femur bone turns inward so that the foot is " pigeon-toed " . I have not heard of this in posts from other clubfoot families as far as I remember....but it's probably not *too* unusual. I had just never heard of it along with clubfoot and wondered if anyone out there was dealing with it.
