Had an appointment today....

With Dr. W. 's office.... I actually met with his fellow

(Dr. Dale, she is dowing her fellowship there (at s Childrens

Hospital Long Beach, CA) under Dr. . She was really great

and seemed that she really understood the Ponseti method. I was

really happy. She is going to take a look at Dr. P's notes on

Becky's feet and then wants us to come back in for another

appointment with her and Dr. together before she comments on

what she thinks the plan of treatment should be. She did notice

that while Becky's feet are doing well they are not corrected the

way they should be (that is when she said she would rather see Dr.

P's notes before she goes any further.... I really liked that she

said that, it made me feel pretty good about going there.

It would really be an answer to prayer to find a GOOD Ponseti doctor

here, financially going to Iowa has put a HUGE strain on our

finances, and I don't know how many more times we would really be

able to do it (not that it hasn't been worth it, because it HAS and

I would do it all over again..... but I will take 30 miles over

1000's any day!!! )

So other California parents this may be another good doctor for

us!!!! YAY!!!
