Guest guest
My 5 year old (non cf) had funny nails for quite some time, but the did straighten out. Zoe does too and I hope the same for her. Seems to me sometimes the tips of their toes are kind of pudgy which make the nail grow up. Guest guest
Good afternoon everybody. I e-mailed Dr Ponseti with some photos on Monday evening of my daughter Connies foot. Has anybody any experience of how long he or his staff usually take to respond. I can't wait any longer - I'm bursting to know what his response will be. I don't even know if he replies to everybody. Does anybody know any more about this? Adele
Guest guest
Hopefully you will get a response today since he is in on mondays, wednesdays and fridays i believe. but it may take longer. I talked to his secretary Joyce on Monday afternoon and she told me that they usually have a lot of emails on Monday but that this Monday they had an unusally high amount of emails. > > Good afternoon everybody. > > I e-mailed Dr Ponseti with some photos on Monday evening of my > daughter Connies foot. Guest guest
Hi Adele, I just emailed dr. p on Monday of last week and he got back with us Monday of this week. He's pretty quick considering all the patients he sees and he's 90! hehe! Did you email him directly or through Joyce's email? Joyce is only part time and may not be there or able to get to them right away. Hope this helps, > > Good afternoon everybody. > > I e-mailed Dr Ponseti with some photos on Monday evening of my > daughter Connies foot. Guest guest
Adele, I believe he responds to everybody. When I wrote I think it took about 4 days. Look for it under his secretaries name (I can't remember her name). I actually, didn't read it the first time around because I didn't recognize her name. I resent my email and they responded the same day with the previous response. Dr. P had written it but the email name was that of his secretary. williamsonadele williamsonadele@...> wrote: Good afternoon everybody. Guest guest
It took a little longer than two weeks for him to get back to us. I had actually given up hope that he would write, but he did. I know how you feel. I guess...try to be patient. > > Good afternoon everybody. > > I e-mailed Dr Ponseti with some photos on Monday evening of my > daughter Connies foot. Guest guest
His assistant is Joyce Roller and her email is joyce-roller @ uiowa.edu . Also, there was some discussion a few weeks back (I thought it was on this board, but maybe it was someone emailing me privately) that there isn't a color printer in Dr. P's area, so Joyce has to make arrangements to print the pictures elsewhere and go pick them up as Dr. P prefers to see the pictures in color....which can also add to the time needed to respond to the message. & (3-16-00) left clubfoot > Good afternoon everybody. > > I e-mailed Dr Ponseti with some photos on Monday evening of my > daughter Connies foot. I have e-mailed him twice. Once it took several days to get a response, another time I got a response the same day. I think it depends on how busy they are. and 11/10/03 bilateral clubfeet
